Will Berry is an award-winning writer and director living in Austin, Texas.

In 2018, Will graduated Brown University with honors in both Literary Arts and Modern Culture & Media. His thesis film Off The Record received the Kenneth Baker ‘69 Memorial Honors Prize.

His first feature-length screenplay The Walk-Offs was selected at the Austin Film Festival. His short scripts have won competitions, including the Maine Film Initiative and the West Field Screenwriting Awards. 

Originally from Maine, Will branched out to Nashville, Tennessee, where he honed his craft as a freelance documentarian. A highlight of his time there was making The Little Stage, a short documentary about the restoration of Johnny Cash’s Bon Aqua studio.

While working as a freelancer, Will established Pythian Visions as an outlet for his personal film projects. As he evolves as an artist, he plans to expand Pythian Visions into a collaborative film collective.
